First off, I've been following Todd for many years and see him as a very professional and smart person. I was really excited to see what he had brought to market. After he past 36 hours I am not disappointed.
Pros:
- You are investing into a product that will be measured against in the future
- This product is going places in the coaching industry
- If you have not been coaching long, trust me, Todd has nailed something very important that will pay off over and over again for any coach: A feedback loop that solves the problem when client loose track of wins along the way.
- Price is a no-brainer for what we are getting

Cons (Why Im giving only 4 tacos)
- Adilo is not an approved vendor for posting videos. This is a sore spot for me because I've moved so many times Im reluctant one more time to put my video on YouTube or a subscriptions service.
- Since YouTube announced it will place ads on all videos when it wants, it is no longer a viable option for course videos to be on YouTube hosting.
- If you are an Adilo fan please make the request to add this to upCoach. Its is far and above better than other paid services out there that upCoach suggest. Awesome tool...One of my best buys in AppSumo.
- Unclear how the Google calendar connection works. Seems confusing. Video Maybe?

Overall Experience
Set up was fairly easy after the task of going through all the videos.

What is still confusing to me is how to test the set up. I think they are tracking IP address so maybe an incognito window is all I need not sure.

Im also unclear how the task and habit changer works. I would like to see a video on this from both the administrator set up end and what it actually looks like when client views-uses it.

Took me a while to figure out the Smart Docs but I think those have the potential to be a game changer. Clients don't often look at handouts when they download and you never know if they did the work (right?) Smart Docs solves that issue and keeps handouts in the system and being tracked for feedback and accountability. WOW!

The task and habit changer are also exciting. Imagine having a video and placing the habit changer widget below it and suggesting they set up the habit? Maybe we need an approval button there to get actual agreement from the client? versus me forcing them to? The system tracks it along with task and how far along they are with the Smart Doc as well. This is the genius of the system. Look forward to see how it works.

The course generator is great. Needs some dopamine trigger rewards other than just "amt completed" though...can be added in time.

I also like the agenda feature even though Im not quite sure of the workflow of that yet. A video would be nice showing set up and the user experience in how it would work.

If I had Adilo as an approved vendor I'd give them 10 taco's.

Finally would like to see the following vendors added:
- Tucalendi
- Crellow (Now owned by Vistaprint and a replacement for Canva)
