Upcoach is the best kept secret that needs some tweaking but overall is superb!

I purchased the 2-tier system, and I am delighted I did.

Most everything I've used on Upcoach so far is intuitive and fairly user-friendly. It does take a little bit of a learning curve. Loading a profile pic as an admin is not the easiest thing to do (I did it but don't ask me how).

But the bulk of the platform works exceedingly well. I already have a few members and a team member out there and they are enjoying the interface, too.

What I like:
- the pricing (the lifetime deal is fabulous)
- the habits and tasks tracker
- the ability to get creative with programs
-the different aspects that you can use, or not, depending on what you are building
- the tutorials by Todd were great!
- pretty much everything is doable with Upcoach and it is easy to workaround what they don't currently have on offer - payment and calendar, etc. (Linking to external sources work here for now.)
- the chat feature is what I use the most for communication with members. It works a treat!

What I would like to see:
- easier profile building (especially for the admins)
- The ability to download my information and the information of my coaches, team, and members.
- I'd like to join as an affiliate but I don't want money. I'd prefer to be rewarded with additional team members being added to the admin, etc. If you're creative with the platform (which you are), be creative with the affiliate program too, please.
- more integrations: I use Xmind (mindmapping) and Ace (scheduling tool by Social Bee), payment possibilities through Stripe and/or PayPal would great!

As it is, I am telling everyone I know about Upcoach. It has changed the way I am working (I'm even giving up a Wix site because Upcoach feels so much better and works so well).

Keep building and long may Upcoach continue! You guys are the best kept secret but not for too much longer!
