Q: Big Red Flag! Zero to no Support for other LTDs from same company
It has been close to getting a month since my issue on optinly(other product from the same company) was reported. Webhooks not firing.
Optinly has been showing lot of glitches in the past. The popups started throwing errors and when I asked they said to close the campaign and start again. Then webhooks Stopped firing Looks like the team is busy creating new LTDs and has zero to no interest in customer support.
Ever since I reported the issue, I get one response within 24 hours that it is being worked on, will get resolved by monday, Since then monday on mondays are crossing by with no resolution to the issue. I also dropped an email, No response there as well.
It is a core feature that has stopped working and looks like they really don't priortize that but they are great on launching new tools.
nickurbanPLUSYeah I ditched Optinly shortly after buying it because it simply doesn’t work. Especially not compared to other reliable and more mature LTDs.
mvalencia464I really hate to say this but GoZen has been my worst AppSumo experience by far. I'd pull the product from the marketplace and put it back into development, otherwise, it will disappoint a lot of users. I tried Google, Airbnb, Amazon, Facebook, Trustpilot, and Capterra, literally none of them worked. Did one manually and it registered in the chart as available, but doesn't show up anywhere?

We had a DDOS attack on our servers and this caused a lot of our featured to fail as the hackers were sending tons of fake traffic to our servers.
As of Tuesday, November, 19th, 11:00 AM Pacific Time, I can confirm, we have mitigated all the bug and the system is fully up and running.
