Yes, UPDF supports removing watermarks. Open UPDF, click on "Page Tools" on the left sidebar, and you will see "watermark" icon. If the PDF has watermarks, then the watermarks will appear on the right side column. Then you will be able to remove it.
Please note that some watermarks are flattened on the PDF, which means the watermarks are not in a layer so they are not removable. In this case, any PDF editor software cannot detect the watermarks.
