Q: Hello, I've tried using the UPDF app on my Chromebook and the menu goes into hiding when I'm editing my .
pdf. So when I finally completed my work, I couldn't save or print it. Please advise.
Why is there no tech support link in the app? That would be helpful. Thanks!

When you use the UPDF on your chromebook, tapping or swiping the screen, the action bar at the top will be displayed, and the 'More' button on the right side of the action bar can save the file. You can try it.
If it still doesn't work, please kindly record the name of your installation channel and installation package, as well as the problems encountered, and send a video to support@superace.com Our product specialists will answer for you.
