Q: Hello, some questions.
I'm already using the programa and some items are not clear:
1) do all my documents get in sync accross my devices (ex: my iphone and my macbook)?
2) do my signatures get in sync accross my devices?
3) I didn't find a way to edit a pdf in iphone - only to view and share it. Is there a way?
4) in the outdated app that can be downloaded att oficial app store for mac (desktop, not ios) - there is a feature to scan the signature through the macbook camera. Was this feature removed from the latest version?
Thanks

May 14, 2024A: Hi Alessandro, thanks for your questions. Here are my answers:
1. No, your changes on documents will not sync across your devices. If you finish editing your file on Mac and want to transfer it to your iOS app, then you need to transfer via AirDrop or import files from your computer to your iOS (refer to the guide here: https://updf.com/updf-ios-user-guide/import-files/).
2. No. All changes will not be synced across your devices. They are separated. Sync feature is in our future plan but now it is not available.
3. Now PDF editing is not supported on iOS app. It can view, compress, share, manage . organize pages or annotate PDFs. In the future, editing text and images will be available. We need time to make it powerful.
4. We never support adding signatures by the camera before. Now UPDF only supports adding signatures with mouse, trackpad and keyboard. If you really need this feature, you can use Preview app on Mac instead temporarily. In the future, we will add it but it would be in 2023.
If you think UPDF is helpful, we would appreciate you can leave a review on Appsumo page which helps others like you to find us and make confident decisions about UPDF. Thank you and have a nice day! :)

I may need to get a refund as I did not know my mac would have to be a 10.14 or later. Is there another option for older o.s?
@globalchurchinc, UPDF for Mac only works on macOS 10.14 or later. It does not work on older versions.
