1. You can install as many devices as you need. However, the premium account can only log in to 1 device per platform, which means you purchase one license and can use it on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
2. Sure, you can use UPDF simultaneously across Win&macOS&iOS&Android.
3. The ideal includes future updates and new features. Many powerful features will be added soon such as batch process, more powerful OCR, form creating and filling, redaction, and more. UPDF will be a powerful one-stop PDF solution in the next month. Your purchase will cover all of those upcoming features. However, after we add all of these features, we reserve the right to charge an upgrade fee if necessary in the future(we might not charge. It depends). Even if you don't want to upgrade, you still own the complete features of UPDF for lifetime.

Im confused regarding the Limits. Does this mean I can only use it at one Mac with all features? I think most of us will have at least two if not more devices inside one OS-type. If I understand it correct, Mac 1 and iPhone will work; Mac 1 & Mac 2 won't? That would be a bummer.

Can you determine upfront if you will charge for upgrades or not? Many of us already have pdf apps. It might influence the purchase decision. I hope it is in the affirmative. App looks ok.

@Philippsumo Well. Actually we do not extremely forbid users to use it on multiple desktops. If you're for personal use, It's ok to use on two Macs.

What we can confirm is that we will add more awesome features in the next months such as batch process, form filling&creating, and more. You will have a complete PDF solution within this price and can keep it perpetually. If in the future, we might ask for a small amount of upgrade fee for a brand-new version but you don't want to pay, you still can keep using the complete PDF editor product.
