I just checked your screenshot and it shows that your membership is "Perpetual" so it will be valid for life.
As for the 2/29/2024 expiration, that refers to our UPDFCloud storage capabilities. UPDFCloud storage is one of our new features. Lifetime members can enjoy 10 GB of service for one year, which will change to 1GB after one year.
