Q: I've bought this now, however, it hardly seems like a lifetime deal.
In my account it says my 10GB of UPDF Cloud storage expires in 2024. That's not lifetime.
I also see that you say we do not get upgraded for free if you 'redesign' the app, so that doesn't seem like it's a lifetime deal either if you're not including all future updates and if my included cloud storage expires next year.
Are there ANY other things that I should be aware of that expire or that aren't included for a lifetime?
Thank you.

May 14, 2024A: Hello!
The UPDF Cloud storage is our new feature, currently we only tentatively set a year of 10GB, but we will accept the majority of users' opinions.
I have conveyed your feedback to our product department, and we will make improvements in the future.
Thank you for your support!
hi she asked about the below which you failed to address
"I also see that you say we do not get upgraded for free if you 'redesign' the app, so that doesn't seem like it's a lifetime deal either"
does this mean you have no intension to give us free updates as stated on the sales listing and intend to abandon the LTD useres after you say do a UI change?
can you please confirm while we are within the refund period?

I totally aggree. Doesn't sound like a lifetime deal re: storage and upgrades. may have to refund.... a bit disapointing as I missed out on another deal for this!
Hello, sandra
You will have lifetime access to UPDF. However, if the software is entirely redesigned or upgraded, then it might need to upgrade. Customers are the persons who decide to upgrade or not. If they don't want to upgrade, they still have premium access to the current version of UPDF. :)
I agree. How is this a LTD if once they change the software it no longer works with your operating system. or say if Windows has a major update & it requires a core change in the software, then that basically means you may need to use a version of Windows that is older or unpatched to use the software. catch 22.

It is a play on words. Their interpretation of Lifetime is you download the current version of the software and you have it for life. However, this is a Perpetual license. So, when a new major version is eventually released, (e.g., version 3) you will then have to pay for that new major version.
