I want to create a timesheet for my staff, so each line they can digitally add details like client name, address, start time end time, shift notes. ideal if this can remember as they do the same each fortnight or week, bu tnot essential. the last column needs to be able to capature a digital signature. so the sheet at weeks end may have say 10 or 12 services with all fields filled and signatures for all. They can then email or upload this to our team for checking and wage payemnt and we also have to attach for invoicing. Is this possible to create with your program? What of the above can and cannot be done.

Mar 12, 2026A: Hi, regarding UPDF’s timesheet capability, you can refer to the following information:
1. Supports setting up forms where you can fill in detailed information such as client name, address, start time, end time, and shift notes.
2. To remember previously entered content, we suggest exporting it as a .fdf file. Later, when filling out the form again, you can import the .fdf file, and it will automatically populate the previously entered information. You can then modify any fields as needed.
3. Supports adding digital signatures or importing signature images for signing.
4. Sharing and uploading do not yet support automatic collection into a table view. If needed, you can export the file as a PDF and manually send it to the recipients’ email addresses.
