Q: Usage and Version question
I am trying to use the software, make notes, and save, yet the UPDF logo is showing up on my final copy when I save. I paid for this version, but the system doesn't seem to recognize it. I have entered in the redemption code to UPDF's online form, and it says the license is redeemed, although I can't do the things that I was expecting it to be. I sent an email to support and it came back as an email that didn't exist. I would like to get this resolved before my 60 days are up before starting the return process. Thanks.

Regarding the watermark issue that still appears after subscribing, it may be necessary to check the following:
If you see an upgrade prompt, it usually means you’re not logged in or you’re logged in with the wrong account.
After logging into the correct account, if the file had a watermark added before the purchase, you just need to make a small edit and save the file again to remove the watermark.
