I've tried PDF Reader Pro, Wondershare PDF Element Pro, APowerPDF, and I must say UPDF is hands down the best one! It's user-friendly and editing a PDF on it is the closest experience you get to editing on a Word document. Of course, it doesn't have all the features you get with Word, but it's the best of all the other LTD PDF editor options on the market right now. I've got the Mac version, so I can't comment on the Windows version, but so far, I'm VERY impressed and I'm eager to see them add the Forms module hopefully in a near future! Good job guys 👍
