The biggest dealbreaker for me is the multi-page scanning feature. It is constantly glitching ("choking" up). No matter how I tweak the settings or change the hardware connection, the software stubbornly refuses to scan more than one page. It completely fails the core requirement of continuous scanning and automatic multi-page merging. Every single time, it cuts off after the first page, making it utterly useless for digitizing multi-page contracts or documents.As an AppSumo buyer, I expect a reliable tool that saves me time, not a buggy product that constantly wastes my energy and disrupts my daily workflow. Basic scanner connectivity and subsequent page reading are foundational for any PDF software—having such severe bugs here points to optimization and hardware compatibility issues.Unless the development team patches this critical defect immediately, I cannot recommend this tool. I am seriously considering asking for a refund. Proceed with caution if you need this for heavy scanning tasks.
