Getting a virus/trojan horse warning when trying to install

Program looks promising from the pictures, but I haven't been able to install the product yet. When I attempt to install, my antivirus program (Dr. Web) flags the installer as containing the virus "Trojan.MulDrop32.23478."

I wrote to customer support and sent them a screenshot of the warning. I got back the following message:
"To resolve this issue, please try the following:
1. Download only from our official site: https://updf.com/
2. Temporarily pause real-time antivirus scanning while downloading and installing, then re-enable it afterwards.
3. Make sure your antivirus definitions are up-to-date, and if possible, add UPDF to its trusted list.
4. You may also contact your antivirus provider to report the false positive so they can quickly whitelist our software.
Your safety is our top priority, and we regularly verify all our files to ensure they are free from malicious code. If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of the warning, and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible."

I'm not turning off my antivirus program to install a program that was flagged as having a Trojan Horse. The already received a screenshot of the warning in my previous e-mail, so I'm relatively sure this technical response was auto-generated. I also don't have the source code for the program to send it do Dr. Web so that Dr. Web can determine whether the program can be whitelisted.

A real person did write me back and said that UPDF was going to contact Dr. Web to discuss whitelisting the program. The real person again encouraged me to turn off my antivirus to install the program.

Probably going to refund the purchase rather than disabling my antivirus.
