Acrobat monthly cost is ridiculous. This one time option is the way to go. I like the simple, clean and streamlined layout. It keeps it neat, yet natural to find what you need.
It is light and fast and has some pretty deep functionality like addition of checkboxes and radio buttons.

My only gripes are nit-picks and not a big deal. I'd bump it another 1/2 taco as the programmer irons out some very minor interface things: e.g.: if you could hold down shift and select a body of text... for some reason that doesn't work, you need to scan it all. Scrolling or mouse wheeling past multiple pages stops, then jumps and you don't know where you are for a minute... probably because it is loading the next page... that could be smoothed out, perhaps. Also, when editing text, you can't scan and select a body of text; it randomly grabs what it thinks is the body of text to edit... not a sentence, or block, just a random section. Again this may be at the cost of keeping it light, so these interface things are very minor. Get it!
