I'm really disappointed that upfeed.co just vanished overnight without any warning. I used the service to manage feedback and my changelog, and now everything’s gone, and I didn’t even get a chance to export my data!
As a business owner myself, I wouldn't dream of doing this to my customers. I get that companies sometimes need to shut down, but the way this was handled is a big issue for me and other users. Surely, I wasn't the only one using this.
I’ve tried contacting every email I could think of, but they all bounce back, including the main ones that used to be active.
I'm left with no choice but to rebuild both the feedback community and my changelog on another platform, again without any warning. This is far from ideal.

Q: Hi, I'm considering purchase upfeed and I'm currently evaluating and comparing it to other products.
It looks like you are offering 3 main features: changelog, feature requests/upvotes, and roadmap.
Are we able to enable / disable these features? I mean, can I use upfeed for changelog only, and disable the other features or for roadmap only? Or enable only 2 of them?
Currently you can disable the roadmap. The feedback tab and changelog are fixed, but we'll be including the ability to hide the changelog if desired soon.
thanks. do you you have any deadline for this feature? since you are supporting unlimited companies, I'd like to add upfeed to my online products but sometimes i will need to enable 1 feature, sometimes 2 and sometimes all 3.
Is custom CSS supported? If so, I can probably hide unwanted tabs / links.
No I don't have any ETA to share, but should be this quarter. Lots of new things in the works, but this is pretty lightweight so shouldn't take much time to include.
Custom CSS is not supported, but we are working on allowing style changes. I doubt we'll support full css as it could open the door to a lot of support issues when people break layout and whatnot, so probably more simple overrides...

my first Upfeed impressions were extremely positive, thanks for this offering!
One question is left: what exactly does "white-label" mean? When I look at the built-in feedback form, I still see a "powered by Upfeed" label. What gives?
And I can create different Companies within the same account. However, the names of the Roadmap/boards are the same for different Companies. Also, all created Companies have one Administrator. And if within the Company you send an invitation (+ADD TEAM MEMBERS) to a new user, then the invited user is not displayed as an administrator (team member). Also, this user is not displayed on the Users tab in the Company (not as a team member, not as a service user).
Therefore, the question is for you as a developer. Tell me the License Tier 2 tariff is intended for: - for agencies (what would be the opportunity for each client to create a company and a personal administrator)? - or is it a solution for large corporations (when a corporation has several directions / products and a single administrator)?
