A: Hello!

While I'm not super familiar with FeedBear's product offering, it appears to solve a similar need for capturing and actioning user feedback to better develop out your product in a customer-centric manner. The pricing model is different given it's a single price to unlock all features vs Upfeed's tiered model, and FeedBear is more expensive to get started, but the feature set appears similar at least at the moment.

We do have a lot on the Upfeed roadmap that will differentiate it further from FeedBear and others that we're excited to launch this year.
