Q: 1) How many tracks do you have in total?
And how many of these are premium ones?
2) You add music every week, but how many on avg?
3) In future, if the organization size grows, I understand I won't be able to use this service anymore, but the videos that are already published should be okay, right? Or will I need to reedit those to replace the music from some other service?
4) When I have two channels, why do I need to put credits in description of each video of both channels? Can't I whitelist one permanently and use credits only for the other channel?
5) Whitelisting can be a real headache. Many YouTubers have one personal channel and one business channel. Can you please enable multiple whitelisting for free for only two channels? Many here will be using the service for themselves, not to sell to others. If it's only for us, it really doesn't seem right to pay something monthly just for whitelisting after having paid the one time fee. (If content is being sold, I guess that's more tolerable...but one cannot manage that with whitelisting with just two whitelisted channels. So whitelisting only two channels shouldn't be very difficult for you, right?) I hope you will consider this.
Listened many tracks and not one seemed dull. Great work! I'm excited to use this service. But the limited licensing (can't use for ads or for paid courses) is very disappointing. I get that the same tracks can be licensed through your sister service, but that's going to be expensive for every single video in say some paid course. Then Uppbeat kind of seems like an entry point in some funnel, and not something complete of its own. (For that why even purchase Uppbeat? Simply browse in the library, then go to musicvines for more restriction-free licensing). I hope you can see my viewpoint. Please consider to ease some limits for sumo users.

May 14, 2024A: Hi Sumouser!
Right now we have just over 1,300 tracks live on the site and roughly half of these are Premium. The number of tracks we add each week varies, but since the beginning of March we've added just over 100 tracks and our Catalog team kindly inform me that we have about 150 to set live over the course of the next week or two.
As for your question on employee counts. As long as you have 10 or fewer employees when you publish content with Uppbeat music, that's absolutely fine and you won't have to remove it if your organization grows to 11 or more.
And to answer your questions about whitelisting, we've taken onboard feedback from Sumo-lings and provided an update, which I added as a pinned comment earlier. I'll copy and paste the relevant bits again here for you:
š Dedicated Channel Whitelisting
Last but not least, weāve taken onboard your feedback & weāre looking to introduce an update in the near future which will allow Uppbeat Premium users to set up 3 dedicated whitelisted YouTube channels. And yes, this would be included in this AppSumo deal.
Dedicated whitelists are intended to give added convenience for the channel(s) you own and are most active on ā while weād offer more if we could, we need to strike a careful balance here to avoid abuse of the service. If you donāt set up a dedicated whitelist, you can still use Uppbeat Credits to easily clear claims across any number of channels by pasting them into video descriptions ā so these are a much better solution for those creating content for numerous clients.
š Uppbeat Credits
If you create content for a larger number of YouTube channels (e.g. client content) Uppbeat Credits will always be the best solution for easily clearing copyright claims by pasting them into video descriptions. Weāre looking to introduce an update in the near future which will give Uppbeat Premium users the dual ability to utilize dedicated channel whitelisting for their main YouTube channel(s), and to generate Uppbeat Credits for content on any other channels.

Thanks a ton for listening! The library is small but growing, and more importantly you guys listen to reasonable demands. I'll be buying the deal very soon : )
Btw, I read in some post that we will be able to use the music in videos behind a paywall. So we'll be able to use the music for videos in paid online courses, right?
Hi sumouser! š It's great to hear you like the sound of our updates! We really appreciate the feedback we've been getting from Sumo-lings.
That's correct, following the updates to the Uppbeat license, you would be permitted to use our music in paid online courses.
