Q: Extremely confused here, and unable to "test" anything because of the email restrictions.
I am looking to manage two small businesses, both owned by me. I just want to be able to keep the information separate on both of these. I assumed that I would be able to do this, given that I would have two email boxes, but reading some of the comments, I'm really confused about that.
In one response you say "Our capability is more suited for independent brands. You can however manage the governance level to hide one brands data with another."
And in another you say "You will have to have separate accounts for each brand. We don't have a workspace concept."
Unfortunately I can't just test anything out because once committing to an email address, as I understand it's permanent. This really limits being able to try anything out to see how it works....so I have to rely on you answering the question more clearly ;P

so the two ways to do this afaik (I bought a multi seat license):
1. have more than one seat
2. use the multi mailbox feature: settings > genera > Mailbox tab > look in top right of screen and click "add mailbox" it's a blue button next to actions
