Purchased the plan a few months ago, start using it and found out not all calls are being recorded (settings were set to record all calls), also the developers of UPSCALE said they will add SMS functionality, 2-3 weeks after my purchase, its been a few months and still no SMS functionality. I tried to contact support multiple times, but they did not even answer (on chat)
My experience with Upscale.ai was extremely frustrating. Its slow performance, frequent bugs, and poor customer support made the software impossible to use. The system's sluggishness severely impacted usability, and despite numerous complaints, the issues persisted.
Customer service was notably slow, and even after escalating the matter to AppSumo, the promised fixes were not implemented effectively or at all.
Do yourself a favor and look the other way if you're thinking about getting this deal.

No doubt UI is fine for me . I was quite disillusioned by the positive review. The features are clunky. Buying the credits for calls and phone numbers is not straight forward. Thanks for coming to appsumo. But i was really hopeful of this app because I missed click connector. Refunding today with heavy heart.
