BIG SCAMMER, they sold me lifetime plan of upscale.ai and now they are gone for good the company is closed now
I bought their lifetime plan thinking it is a great product for email marketing, but now suddenly their website, domain and everything just vanished with all my leads and data. The company is no where to be found and I recommend that do not trust any software being sold on APP SUMO, they don't check the platforms they are just selling without any trust and taking out our money!
I am not sure what to do now, a refund would be great if they are not giving me any service then why should I pay and get nothing, I used to trust APP SUMO but now after getting scammed like this I will never buy any software from APP SUMO and I will surely make a review video of my experience with APP SUMO

We've seen products take off, fail, fizzle out, get abandoned, get bought out and milked for every penny, and more.
We've had great developers, sketchy ones, one-man bands, and amazing stories. Buying any lifetime deal is a gamble and it's always sad when products fizzle out, get left to rot, or developers abandon ship. I've spent decent money on promising tools that were never developed after successful launches here, but most of the tools at least continued to work. I've known of one or two tools that closed down completely. Upscale is one of the worst, if not the worst I've known in nearly seven years on here.
The product worked but had issues. Support was sporadic to respond and pretty much non existent for actually fixing anything. The landline number listed on the website was manned but sounded like it was in a home. I called a few times and was asked to email, before the phone went dead. Upscale has been live since spending around $350 in January but the team has pretty much disappeared. No development, no fixes, no announcements. And then, the website goes down. The phone number now disconnects after one ring, emails go unanswered. Founders and staff are nowhere to be seen and non-responsive on socials. At least Blakify (or whatever they renamed it from/to) had the decency to announce their plans and give us time. I have no idea what happened to Upscale and more importantly, where my data is. Email lists, contact details, notes, synced email accounts and more. Have they closed their servers? Will everything be wiped? Could our information be stolen/sold/shared?
This has left a sour taste in my mouth and is a real disappointment. It's the exact reason why some are hesitant to put trust into anything and it hurts other developers. There's not a great deal I can do right now and I'm pretty sure this review will either be deleted or it just won't matter because Upscale.ai will never see the light of day again and the people behind it will be free to fleece Sumolings under a new disguise.

As previous reviews mentioned, they indeed scammed AppSumo community. Website is not working, and there is no response from the owner.
