Honestly, I originally wrote a negative review because I was super frustrated with the HubSpot sync not helping me leverage my existing HubSpot contacts. I've subsequently found a workaround that allows me to add some of them when I need to. Their support chat still could use some refinement (like being nicer) ;) but I honestly don't expect much from Support when I do a deal like this - I just want the software to work. The software itself seems great!
