I just had a call with the developers because some things where not clear to me. They really took a lot of time and I think this software can get a future gem. Hopefully it will.

But let me just clarify what benefits I see in the moment:
I am using Texau and Waalaxy for outreaching on LinkedIn. The LinkedIn-Contacts are automatically (Pabbly) transfered to Upscale when Waalaxy finds an email on theire profile. This way the whole combination is an automated system to create Leads and start Nurturing them.

Some of the features are a little bit "cluncky". For example I can´t add a prospect to a sequence directly from Pabbly, instead I have to create a trigger on Upscale. But what the hell ... it works anyway.

The LinkedIn-Widget might (!) be usefull, didn´t really test it so far. But from what I have heared it is promising.

Main feature missing for me at the moment is a simple thing: I can´t adjust the "owner" of a prospect when creating the prospect with Pabbly. It´s annoying to have an automated Lead-Generator but then need to manually assing the prospects to the Team-Members. But they told me they will add this feature to theire pabbly-connection.

The whole backend looks a little bit outdatet at the moment, but this is not really crucial for me. Let´s see what the future brings.

To point that out: I didn´t test many of the features yet. My rating is based on what I need Upscale for and how usable it is for that process. For my complete sales-process I use Pipedrive and because of that I don´t need the full Upscale-feature-set, but Upscale seems to be perfect for the LinkedIn-Part of the Puzzle! So don´t completely trust me in this topic, just try it out for yourself, it´s definitely worth a try.

And again: Deals like Texau, Waalaxy and maybe SalesRock are perfect matches to Upscale for a complete automated Outreach-Machine!
