No longer works

Like:
- Good functionality
- Straightforward gimmick-less CRM UI
- Ability to export data quickly
- Twilio integration
Dislike:
- Support is finnicky
- NOTHING posted by the founders or company in a year + on social media
- No roadmap / updates
- Told me they won't help with my requests since they prioritize "paying customers" not appsumo users (We bought 40 seats)
- Integrations are lacking
- I can't shake the feeling one day I'll log in and it'll just be gone lol
