Q: Shopping cart or funnel cart?
Hi there,
In the description you say this is an alternative to ClickFunnels and WooCommerce.
When asked by a Sumoling if it is a shopping cart and if it can be used to replace ThriveCart, you said it's not a shopping cart and that it can replace ThriveCart.
As far as I understand, ClickFunnels and WooCommerce are pretty different. The former is a funnel cart for focused conversion of one product with bump offers, upsells, etc. WooCommerce is most often used (in my experience) in shopping carts where people can add several items to their cart before checking out.
I'm having a hard time understanding what your plugin is currently able to do. Would you please clarify?

Oct 17, 2024A: The Upsell Plugin is optimized for streamlined checkouts and focused sales funnels, which makes it more similar to ClickFunnels in terms of offering one or a few products with the option for upsells/downsells and order bumps. It’s designed for businesses that don’t need a complex shopping cart system but want to maximize conversions on a few products and/or membership sales, which is why it can replace tools like ThriveCart for this purpose.
If you have a full e-commerce store where customers need to add multiple items to a cart before checking out, WooCommerce would be a better fit. However, for those selling courses, memberships, or even single products where the goal is conversion optimization, Upsell Plugin can be a more efficient solution by simplifying the checkout process and increasing sales opportunities through upsells.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or need clarification on anything.
