Q: Hi, Do you reply to customers?

This is a genuine question. I am struggling to understand things with your company because right now it makes no rational sense. I have sent several emails, and not a single reply. I know they have been received.

If I thought if it was just me, then I would maybe understand. Based on what I can see below, others are having the exact same issue with you.

I was considering upgrading or buying more codes. How am I supposed to do that when the basics are not even right? Hopefully your team knows how to take constructive feedback.
