A bit disapointed
It's not a bad product. Of course, it's not 100% there yet, but the main reason I'm giving it 2 tacos is customer support.
I reached out to them over a week ago, multiple times, multiple channels, and still no answer. It feels like a rug pull and will most likely ask for a refund.
If the team decides to continue with the app, I think it's a great app and easier to use than other low-code solutions out there.
Yes, there are a few clunky things like the way the product is shown and no way to edit the way it's displayed like move the title under the thumbnail, no way to move the CTA buttons around, a very limited menu etc.
It's only blocks of predefined content that you can move around. Very limited way to edit the block
Also, the deal here doesn't include Shopify. Meaning that if you want to create an app for a Shopify store, it will count towards the app limit but you have to pay for the app separately.
But as a proof of concept app, it's fantastic. It's good enough to offer a mobile app to your clients which was my plan all along.
But I need reliable support and the confidence that they don't pull the rug.
