I have spent a lot of time trying to contact their customer service so many times. I barely receive any very short and confusing replies. So one tacos less for customer service. I contacted and requested them a few number of times to launch the app about 40 hours before but no reply. NOT EVEN CONFIRMING THAT THEY RECEIVED THE REQUEST.

App builder is very easy and quick. It is lacking lot of necessary features for e-commerce app but that is what you can expect for this cheap price, right? So no issues.

Only issue is, the app builder fully restricted to limited options and you can't even change the text or title of anything. Eg. Product page has "Add to bag" text on button. If you want to change to "add to cart" text, you can't. Users can't add products reviews from app. Profile page don't have contact us option within the app. And so on..

Worse thing is, you have no control or extract apk file from builder and they are not replying when you are ready to launch the app which is not good enough while on app sumo, they claims that friendly team will help you launching the app. I might claim for refund as I am getting disappointment.
