At first sight the app looks very handy but after weeks of use service never worked, for a real professional business quick support is major key, this is not the case.
Dashboard is nice but wordpress management didn't work as they say.

I have to say, I was hoping this would be a great solution to monitor my web design client's websites, and it absolutely is! In fact, UptimeMonster probably just saved me a client. A site I designed and have managed for years (which I've had no issues with in the past) went down the other day due to a change the hosting company made (on our VPS). For some reason, none of our other client sites were affected, but this particular client's site went offline. Within minutes, I was notified by UptimeMonster and I was able to get to work immediately to investigate and fix the issue.

This is a solution I've wanted for years! And, at this price, it really can't be beat. I highly recommend it. Don't miss out on the AppSumo deal. It's one of the best purchases I've made here. :-)

UptimeMonster is an extremely useful tool for monitoring and managing websites and servers.
It allows you to monitor not only websites, but also servers by monitoring CPU/RAM/disk and network.
It monitors most protocols such as FTP / SSH / RDP / HTTPS / DNS / SMTP / POP3 / IMAP / UDP / TCP / ICMP and BL blacklists.
It also has a Status Page. You can work with collaborators

The solution has unique functionalities.

A particularly interesting functionality is the WordPress monitoring tool, including an activity log, site status check, plugin and theme management, site error log.

What needs to be improved to make the solution even better?

▪️ Special license for Appsumo
There is a bit of a problem with the special license that is offered here on Apsumo.

It is not entirely known how it will develop in the future, whether there will be new functionalities, whether they will be updated. There is a lot to explain here, but on the other hand I would not like to have a special plan either, just a normal plan offered by the developer, then I would feel much more at ease that I will not be left with some solution that will not be developed further, of which there were already examples on Appsumo that despite spending money, we were left with a solution, but which is still not developed and there is a big danger here.

▪️ Monitoring BL blacklists
Problems that I have encountered with monitoring BL blacklists:
It works a bit strangely, because I checked it in parallel on MX Toolbox and the system reports many incidents for one IP address, for one blacklist and does it every few minutes, once stating that it is on the list, and the second time together that it has been solved. At the time I check in MX Toolbox, I have no problems and it is a bit confusing and very frustrating when you get 50 notifications a day.
It would be useful to be able to disable checking of certain blacklists, because it is very annoying, so some more configuration is needed to adjust to user preferences.

▪️ The startup itself seems interesting and the solutions it has, but it would be useful to have better communication with users, respond to ideas, cooperate and constantly improve the solution, but in accordance with what users report, and not stick only to your own ideas.

I purchased Uptimemonster to monitor my VPS web hosting server. When the software didn't work as intended, I contacted customer support. They suggested I provide root access and allow them to edit file permissions and SSH into the webserver. This is a significant request, as it could potentially disrupt all my websites and cause serious issues if Uptimemonster makes a mistake.

Instead, I proposed a Zoom call with screensharing involving both myself and my hosting provider to resolve the issue collaboratively. Once Uptimemonster support realized I would not provide root access, they stopped responding. This behavior is disappointing and not what one would expect from a reputable software company.

Problem 1, you can only use it to monitor your own wordpress sites, It cant handle any other web URL, pages, domains you don't own. If they insist that it can then set it to monitor a webpage that you can turn off and you will see that it wont be able to detect that the page is down.

Problem 2, They want you to use whatsapp for support (The most used platform for scammers and unreliable business). I recommend that they use ticket system like zendesk insted.

Problem 3, The SMS that's included in AppSumo Tier 3 and 4 is not included in your plan at Uptime Monster. Inside your UptimeMonster account when you check what's in your plan you wont see anywhere SMS.
Also the founder said that the function is turned off for now. but I still we expect it to show under our paid plan. SMS is one of the main reason to get T3-T4.

Problem 4, Adding users inside Uptime Monster, I followed the instruktions: https://uptimemonster.com/docs/user-management/invite-user
To me this is the most unprofessional way to add a user. Because guess what!? it does not work... I followed guide and ended up with 2 other accounts that uses the free plan and did not even got added to the main organisation account, when using that invite link that takes you to the pricing page.

My recommendation is, do you shelf a favor and don't buy this. - Refund -
