I purchased UptimeMonster expecting reliable server monitoring, but the service has become unreliable and is no longer working properly. The server monitoring features are not functioning as expected, which defeats the main purpose of the tool.

I have also been disappointed with the lack of support. There has been no meaningful response or assistance, leaving users without solutions to ongoing problems.

A monitoring service needs to be dependable, and without working features or proper support, the product is not delivering the value it promised.

Prometteur sur le papier, mais dans les faits...

Les premiers ennuis sont apparus peu de temps après que j'ai acheté ce deal, monitoring hors service et ça a duré quelques jours avant rétablissement... Suite au retour à la normale, rien à redire, je n'ai donc pas demandé de remboursement.

Mais aujourd'hui, cela fait 1 mois 1/2 environ que plus rien ne fonctionne !
A la place de l'interface, voici ce qui apparaît (erreur 500) :
"Whoops! Something went wrong
Unable to connect to the database.
Main connection [MySQLi]: Connection timed out"
Vous êtes sur le coup, ou bien... ?

Pire, cette panne a engendré un autre gros problème sur les sites WordPress sur lesquels j'avais installé le plugin, en effet le time out MySQL impactait fortement le temps de chargement des pages, jusqu'à 30 secondes parfois ! La désactivation du plugin a heureusement suffi à résoudre le problème, mais allez expliquer à vos clients (plus d'une quinzaine !) que le monitoring de leur site n'est plus possible à cause d'une défaillance de la plateforme utilisée et pourquoi vous n'êtes pas intervenu avant alors que justement ce type de problème était censé provoquer des alertes !!! Un outil de surveillance nécessitant lui-même une surveillance quotidienne ? On marche sur la tête...

Bref, UptimeMonster est le pire deal qu'il me soit arrivé de voir chez AppSumo, et je pèse mes mots !

This product showed promise. Great interface, some solid features and a promising roadmap. I had a few issues adding servers when getting started and then I was inundated with false positives for server downtime. Still I was prepared to give them a go and didn't refund...

Then after the refund period in October 2024 I noticed that monitoring had stopped completely for all my servers, there was no data at all. It took support a couple of days to get back to me in November and they apologised there were some issues, they were working on them and hoped to release a comprehensive fix "soon".

I have followed up a couple of times since then and each time they are hoping to release the updates "in the next month" except the updates never come and there is zero communication about what is going on. I sent a follow-up email to support seven days ago, but they have completely ignored it so far.

Let's just say I am regretting full-stacking this deal. I regret giving the team the benefit of the doubt and ignoring the early red flags - I should have refunded while I had the chance. It is not a functional product at all right now, and to be honest, even if they get it working, I don't trust them anymore.

At first sight the app looks very handy but after weeks of use service never worked, for a real professional business quick support is major key, this is not the case.
Dashboard is nice but wordpress management didn't work as they say.
