AndyYQ: Hi Andrius, Uptimia's transaction monitoring is really promising but there's a lot of issues getting it to work.
Is Uptimia putting focus on this module? Have submitted several support emails but not getting responses/solutions after 2 weeks. Have purchased tier 3 hoping this module will work well within 60 days. Looking forward!

Appreciate the quick response! The enquiries to support were regarding :
1. sign-in monitoring which is a feature in Uptimia but didn't work our testing
2. logging into Webmail to test email receipt (which understandably could be more technical), and
3. clicking web links that lands on another domain.
