That is in reference to URL Monitoring in the indexing table, at the individual site level (same as the 1st campaign). Since the 1st campaign, which is the only one we ran in July and then a small follow-on in September, we've added Bing indexing, Team Seats and Management (workspaces) and soon to be a Bing dashboard.

All of these new features we are adding, monitoring at the domain level + real-time web tracking have a direct monthly cost to us for the providers we are using. We tried to get this into the launch, but ultimately it was decided to not include it because the price would've been higher with these features included.
