Not user-friendly

1. The app is not user-friendly for beginners to indexing.
2. The video tutorials are not as helpful in the sense that it is taking an already done example to explain, not from the beginning.
3. The person in the video is hard to understand due to his accent. A user manual will help better.
4. After uploading the sitemap index, the app is not picking up the URLs under the sitemap. In Google Console, the sitemap index has several sitemaps inside and the URLs are under the secondary sitemaps.
5. There's no instant help or support provided.

I gave up after fumbling here and there. Heck, the button to the site maps is also quite hidden. Overall, this app needs extensive overhaul on the user-friendly section.

I really wish we could know more information on these reviews!

This review sounds like a mismatch of customer fit for the app and then unfortunately leads to a bad review.

We get it and we will do better in the future in our listing copy.

Some comments on the list below:

1. I would say this is 100% accurate and I don't think we ever said this tool should be used for beginners. We actually have on the listing this is best for Bloggers, Content Creators, and Agencies; which we were trying to suggest buyers should know something about the indexing process to purchase this tool. We will make sure this is more clear in the future! We even had some purchasers buy that didn't even have websites --- so clearly there is some copy we can improve on.

2. Most users praise us for how simple the functionality is. However, if you don't know sitemaps, Google Search Console, or anything at all about indexing -- I agree -- this app can be overwhelming.

3&4. We are working through tutorials now and some additional documentation.

5. Sitemap. There is no uploading process of the sitemap in URL Monitor, so this could point to the problem and again references what I suspect here in that the customer wasn't the right fit for the software. Without knowing more, I'm guessing there was no sitemap given in the initial connection (or had errors) at the GSC level. We could've helped directly in support on this issue. The sitemap button being hidden? definitely suggests there is no sitemap connected here.

6. Support. I'm not sure who the customer is here, so it is difficult for us to respond or know if and what thread this refers to. We can sometimes miss in support, but it is rare. We are generally always available (even weekends) and try to respond as fast as we can -- within reason.
