If your site exceeds the allowed request rate (e.g., 10 req/sec on a Tier 1 plan), our system doesn't slow down — instead, those requests are simply not processed and no response is returned. It is up to the user to decide what to do.
As for disposable phone number detection — we don’t have plans to support that at the moment.
Q: How does Checker differ from traditional email verification services?
Checker focuses on detecting temporary and suspicious emails — but how does it compare in accuracy and purpose with classic email validation tools like ZeroBounce or NeverBounce? Is Checker meant to replace them or work alongside them?
Checker isn’t a traditional email validation tool like ZeroBounce or NeverBounce. Those tools focus on deliverability (is the email real, active, and reachable).
Checker is focused on security and abuse prevention — we detect temporary, disposable, and suspicious domains in real time, before fake users enter your system.
So while traditional validators clean your list, Checker protects your sign-up flow from being exploited. Many users actually use both together.
it lacks redeem after a user already signed up, also i saw that the chat was not active since 2024, now how i can redeem my appsumo code, and i tried to delete my account did not work also.
A: Hi again. Just wanted to follow up with an update.
We’ve made improvements based on your feedback. You can now redeem your AppSumo code even after registration, so there is no longer any limitation if you missed it during sign-up.
The issue with the live chat has also been resolved. Support is fully active and available through the dashboard.
As for your account, your code has already been manually redeemed, and your access is now fully active.
Thank you for your patience and for helping us improve the user experience. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.
In a previous answer, you mention "a platform refers to a unique application, website, or environment where you're integrating our API."
If I wanted to use Checker on a WordPress Multisite, where all the core files, plugins and themes are in one place to be shared by many sites, would that count as 1 platform?
A: Great question — and yes, if your WordPress Multisite setup is sending requests from the same IP and using a single API token, then it will count as just one platform.
Our platform usage limits are based on the IP address making the API requests — so as long as all your subsites are routing through the same environment and token, you’re good to go with a single platform allocation.
Let us know if your setup gets more complex — happy to help you optimize it!
is there any specific limitations or something that we need to know that future updates or coming soon stuff will be added to our plans also ? you have on the website the IP rep ...
Some upcoming features like RiskyIPs are still in development, and while we plan to make most new features available to current users, some advanced modules may be introduced under a separate paid subscription tier in the future. This isn’t finalized yet — we’re still deciding based on how resource-intensive those features turn out to be.
To clarify: RiskyIPs is designed to detect suspicious patterns based on device/browser fingerprints, IP reputation, and behavioral signals — helping prevent abuse from the same device or bot networks.
If you're already on a deal from AppSumo, you'll definitely continue getting tons of value — and we’ll make sure you’re the first to hear about and try any new feature we release.
Transparency is a priority for us, and we’ll always keep you informed!
Q: How the limit works?
What happen if my site need 20 requests / second but my plan is on tier 1?
Do you plan to add disposable phone number checker?
Thank you
