Lowercase all strings is a way for us to standardize. I think that on average users prefer to have everything lowercase.
However you can find some command on Google to switch everything to uppercase or capitalize I think ;)

Unfortunately there is no control/command to capitalize each word in Excel, so anyone uploading data to preferred email or marketing platforms will have outgoing messages with lower case names. example... "Hi samantha" (or) "I see you work at microsoft corporation".
