This tool is useless. They downgraded all of the LTD buyers and then made the 7k credits/mo absolutely useless... seriously, you can't even spend credits unless you upgrade to a monthly plan...
I purchased a lifetime licence for Useartemis in june 2023. I've never used it because I was too busy with some other tools. Last week I decided to try it, I did the Linkedin setup (Chrome extension and connection setup), it went fine. Then I tried the extension with my Linkedin account and it doesn't work : - if I am on a single person profile page it cannot show the available info of the lead - if I am on a research page list, the extension connects, all seems right but when I check my prospect list it is empty I wrote many times using the help center but I got zero answer! I've sent an email this morning to the founder (the only contact I could find...) now wait and see...
I bought the software some months ago. I did not have time to test it, but back then I was able to get a list from it. Now, checking in, I wanted to use it because now I really have a purpose in mind, only to find out the function I was buying it for does not exist anymore. Where do I get the leads list from now? Did they announce it? Did they write it somewhere, or did I just miss it? I don’t know, but as of now, I have to give it 1 star as unfortunately, I wasted my money for nothing. I have 1 list, so it worked in the past, but I guess for those 50 contacts, which by the way probably only 10% are usable, I guess this was the worst ROI of an app I have ever gotten.

There's literally no way to find leads anymore, and the tool's description was: "UseArtemis is an email and phone number finding tool. It helps users find almost anyone's contact details in just a second. The hunt for contact information ends here!" What a joke.
I have 7,000 credits that do nothing because "You need to upgrade to a monthly subscription to use this." Absolutely disgraceful, and what a shame on AppSumo for allowing scammers like this on their platform. Zero communication from both UseArtemis and AppSumo.
There HAS to be some sort of contract between a service and AppSumo that says if a service removes the core features within X years, then we should be able to opt for a full refund. Because this is nowhere near what I paid for.
I feel I have been scammed by both UseArtemis and AppSumo on this one.
