500 ppl list from sales navigator turns into 10 e-mails
several issues with the platform, but long story short, the tool isn't able to scrape e-mails correcly. with a list of 500 ppl from linkedin you can expect to find 20 e-mails and just 10 that are realiable.
prospecting tool is poor, chrome extension works with sales navigator but the tool itself just cant find any e-mail.
I ran a list of 438 leads from sales navigator 3 times, each time I got different validated e-mails (I got 39, 13 and 10 e-mails from the same list), really weird because it looks like the tools doesnt have a parameter at all.
also, I reviewed them and didn't get the bonus I was promised, neither had any feedback from the support about the issues I had. 2 were unresponsive and 1 had an half answer, I followed up and still no response (8 days ago)
I guess I gotta update my reviews now.

1) The tool is not "scraping" emails. It scapes the company name and the then guess & verify the email. On average we manage to find at least 50% of emails on a linkedin sales nav export.
If you found just 20 emails it's because there is something wrong. We help every customers who face issues and we always find a fix and use it to make the tool better.
I checked our emails again and I didn't found any active ticket from you.
2) You probably launch some workers during an update of the server that why you got different results. Some process were probably killed during a server restart. The prospecting platform and the chrome extension work absolutely fine.
3) The issue with email verification has been fixed yesterday.
Sad to see that we didn't manage to find a better way to get in touch to fix such a small thing than through a review on Appsumo.
