I purchased a lifetime licence for Useartemis in june 2023.
I've never used it because I was too busy with some other tools.
Last week I decided to try it, I did the Linkedin setup (Chrome extension and connection setup), it went fine.
Then I tried the extension with my Linkedin account and it doesn't work :
- if I am on a single person profile page it cannot show the available info of the lead
- if I am on a research page list, the extension connects, all seems right but when I check my prospect list it is empty
I wrote many times using the help center but I got zero answer!
I've sent an email this morning to the founder (the only contact I could find...) now wait and see...
