Q: Can this tool be only accessible by our client from the wordpress backend of their website?
So only our client's can see it/use it to report about their own website?
If yes, how exactly?
Thanks
We're looking into this :)

Can you please tell us more?
When is it going to be implemented (approximately) ?
Is it going to be included in this deal?
Thanks
We're looking into the ability for users to provide their client with a string against their url. Example: www.userback.io is the website. You would give the client www.userback.io/?feedback123559code&feedbackload=1 (or something). This will load our tool on their site.
Nothing to do with WordPress, we are a universal product so we are CMS agnostic.
You would still need to install the widget code on the website and hide the widget (an existing setting)
I dont have a timeframe. It seems like there is enough demand for this alone, so I am happy to say weeks...
Yes it will be available to customers on the Corporate plan which this deal is for.

This kind of approach works already. It's how I have set it up on my test site - i.e. the code I add to my website is: if query string contains '?feedback=true' then run widget code.
Awesome, the benefit of what we are building is that the code can be generated and revoked and generate subsequent new keys.
We will also use a cookie to remember that you are using the code so when you navigate the site, the code stays until you remove it from your browser.
The cookie will expire after x hours. you will need the code again to activate the widget.
