Hi! I bought already your fabulous tool as I think it is already good, but also has additional potential. I shared this deal in a few groups I admin and 2 members had some concrete questions about the tool in the following Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/freelancerstools/), can you give your feedback, questions are below:\u000a\u000a1. it’s promising but has some fundamental UX flaws. You can only annotate and save elements on the viewport one at a time. Once you scroll down the page, you lose any annotations you already purportedly saved from being sent with your feedback. \u000aAlso, not very intuitive for your web visitors to immediately know what to do with the tool other than leave a feedback using the widget form. They may not know that they can annotate in the page. \u000aIf the developers can fix those issues, it will be pristine. For now, I give this 6 out of 10 for usability.\u000a\u000a2. Looks good. One thing I am not sure about is what if we only want clients to share the feedback and not any random visitor on the site. Any idea how do you do it?\u000a\u000aThx!
