What are the differences?
From what I can gather, the biggest difference between Project Huddle and Userback is that Project Huddle is exclusively a WordPress plugin. You will collect and manage all of your feedback inside of WordPress.
Userback is a product designed to work on any webpage or web-app. It is integrated with project management tools and has a feedback management platform that you log into.
Thats a fairly crude/brief explaination but hope it helps.
