Ok so I was reading through the product description on this page and wondered how many times I would have to stack to get a decent amount of features.

Pleasantly surprised it was the highest plan without any limits, white label, and priority support. This deal has Sumoling love written all over it.

All I had to do was put a name for my feedback widget and immediately got the embed code. Logged into my WordPress members area, added the code, and had a very awesome feedback widget available for my users to give me some feedback.

I didn't see this but it might be there, the widget icon which goes in the lower right corner. I would like to see an option to put it on the left bottom corner so it won't conflict with my chat widget.

This tool is something I didn't know I needed. I have always used feedback forms and never thought or imagined something like this would come along.
