Finally got a chance to use userback on a live dev site for a client last week. Was wonky at first but then I set it to a local site in settings as I had the site locked down. Then it worked beautifully! Client was impressed, and was able to make any notes easy enough. Definitely added to my list of tools in my process. Hope they keep building and working on it, would love to use this for a long time :D
