Q: How does your cookie track users?
Is it IP address or a tracking cookie?
Don't know much about these things but I think it's better to try and get an idea.
Do you have a list of your cookies that go on my site if I use your WP plugin?
With GDPR you may need to know.
So far I have seen 3 ways to handle GDPR on sites.
1. We have cookies (turn them off in your browser)
2. Sites that list all the cookies with explanations
3. Sites that let you turn off individual cookies before you go on the site.
Not sure what is 100% right yet from the above (don't expect you to answer my GDPR question)

TL;DR
UserGuiding does not store any personal information including user's name, email, IP address. Companies may track personal information using UserGuiding's custom attribute tracking feature to segment users. None of these custom attributes stored on UserGuiding's databases, they are just stored in the browser.
Best.
