Userguiding has a really great idea that is well on its way! Almost immediately I purchased the Agency bundle and got to work making my first guide. It has taken me a bit of time to setup the first guide but all in all I was able to do it without any code. In my use case, my end user will need to interact with a web app as well as a desktop program, fortunately they offer the modal step where I can add an image and text that does not require any other action. While I feel the program has some growing to make it really as useful as I would like, I have no problem suggesting it and plan to share this deal with a couple of my other app company buddies.

Things I want to see improved:

1: The ability to add images, gifs, and videos to any step not just the modal step.
2: The ability to start your preview from any step and have it continue through the rest of the steps. During my testing process, I had to create 15 users since I had to start at the begining each time.
3: Improved go back stability, it always crashed mine.
4: A screen recorder built in that would allow us to add the visual example of the step right from the app
5:Ability to control the size of the Modal and its location. Also the ability to control the size of the images so they do not become distorted.
6: The ability to export my guide to a PDF so users to choose to download the guide also.
7: Integration with Help Desk software so when people still ask questions I can import all the steps into written guides that could be referenced as well.

Would be epic if it could:
As an accountant, I would love to be able to make userguides for QuickBooks Online that I could use for marketing purposes.
