I held off on buying this because I didn't see any use for it personally... I don't own an SAAS or anything I could have used it for at the moment. Then they built a Wordpress plugin that allowed you to use it in the admin/dashboard. This is a big plus for me. I can create guides to use for walk throughs, and create custom ones for those elements unique to just that site.

So I spent all day trying to build and break this courtesy of their trial. I wanted to not only try before I buy but I also wanted to test the limits of their software to see what it could and couldn't do. To see how far it would go within the WordPress admin area. I sent several messages to them with new ideas (allowing links in tooltips..etc, youtube videos in the modal, and more) and each time Osman replied back to me taking notes.

I've only been able to test a small portion of all that the User Guiding can do, but I'm convinced this is a must have. I bought two codes so I could have it branding free.

My only complaint and it's minor, is that there's not enough info to explain all the features and how to use them. I found one of their guides would drop out mid way through that talked about segmenting with a custom attribute. It's not a big issue, because at this time I would need to implement every single feature.

At some point though I would like to understand all of it better. I'm positive that User Guiding will only get better and it's an investment that I couldn't pass up.

If you're hesitant to buy this, at least give the trial a test run and see (don't wait to long, we all know what happens when you do). You may end up like me... convinced.
