Q: Hi - I guess the accounts/companies are the potential (or existing) customers we are monitoring, correct?

2. What is the fee per additional accounts/companies on top of the provided allowance?
3. Can we reassign the tracking to a new lead/customer in case an existing lead didn’t close or a customer suspend the service?
4. How does Usermotion works…I mean, how would it know when a lead is ready to close or about to get cold? Does it require integration to our SaaS, to our CRM or some sort of training?
