A: We are in the final stages of our Shopify app and will be releasing it next month! Our Shopify app will support post-purchase thank-you survey's. Note all AppSumo lifetime deal customers will also receive this update.
I'm curious—are you looking to survey buyers for marketing attribution or collecting UGC and social proof?
Great thanks for the info! We are more looking for ways to survey buyers on why they bought or where they heard of us. Possibly also asking for what products they wish we had etc.
Got it! Post-purchase surveys work well—typically see 20–30% response rates. Pre-purchase can also surface valuable feedback, though response rates are lower (around 5–10%) since users often aren’t logged in.
Q: Can I import my Yotpo reviews?
HOw does your app is different than yotpo? and if I plan to change, can I upload my yotpo reviews?
Yotpo focuses on collecting and displaying static reviews, while Userpop is all about building an interactive experience—capturing pre and post-purchase excitement, questions, and comments right on your product pages. It’s designed to spark community engagement in real time, not just display testimonials.
At this time, we don’t import reviews from other platforms. Our focus is on helping you generate fresh, authentic UGC that builds trust and encourages conversions through on-site interaction.
A: Audience Insights integrates with Google Analytics, allowing you to track impressions, likes, comments, and conversion rates directly within your GA dashboard.
A: Our Shopify app is currently in development and not yet listed in the Shopify App Store. However, you can still use Userpop it in your store by manually adding the widget code to your theme.liquid file. We're working hard to finalize everything and will share the official store link as soon as it's available.
In the meantime, feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with the setup.
A: Hi there! Userpop doesn’t import reviews from other platforms. Instead, it collects real-time feedback and excitement directly from your product or post-purchase (thank-you) pages, then displays it as interactive comments on the relevant product pages—creating micro-communities right on your site.
A: Hi there! We received your support email. We have not integrated with Dukaan's headless CMS, but we are testing it now on our end. Stay tuned for an update!
I have an online shop hosting apparels. Can I create seperate products within your tool so that I can receive comments for specific product. In your video you show products being pulled out of Shopify with their own comments. - will I be able to set this up manually?
A: Yes, you can! With Userpop, you can manually set up targeting for specific product page URLs—even without Shopify. This means comments and feedback will be collected and shown only on the relevant product pages.
So just to be clear. I will be able to setup user prompt for each of my page that I want to receive comments. Example: On product No 27, I want to setup a poll asking which color is the best? And then on some other page, I can setup a seperate prompt asking some other poll question. Is that correct? - can you show this demo?
You’ll be able to use the “Target All Pages” setting, and each subdomain can have its own customizable comment widget and tailored polls.
Q: Shopify post purchase survey
Would it be possible to have an embedded post purchase survey on the order confirmation page on Shopify? For me, it's rather unclear how and where Userpop really appears, but I guess I can give it a shot.
Userpop doesn’t support embedded surveys right now—it works as a floating widget on your site.
You can collect feedback in two key ways: 1. Pre-purchase – on your product pages, to capture buyer excitement and common questions (like a public Q&A). 2. Post-purchase – on your order confirmation page, to show what motivated real customers to buy.
A: "Monthly orders” refers to how many purchases or conversions your site gets each month. If you’re not selling online, this could include things like demo requests or ‘Contact Us’ form submissions—anything where we can capture and display post-conversion feedback.
In your case, since you’re focused on comments, all plans include unlimited comments, so Tier 1 should work perfectly.
And just to clarify: a “website” means a unique domain. You can use Userpop on unlimited subdomains of that domain.
Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
A: You have full control over when and where buyers’ comments appear, and how long each comment stays visible. Userpop is designed to enhance — not interrupt — the browsing experience. If a visitor closes the widget, it won’t pop up again during their session. However, they can still view and interact with other comments anytime by clicking the Userpop button.
A: Yes, Userpop can be embedded on almost any website or website building platform that supports embedding one line of Javascript on the <head> section of your website.

Hi agan! I actually discussed this with my team and it's an interesting use case that we would like to support.
If you can export the Yotpo reviews to CSV, we can upload them manually. Ideally, it includes name, email and photo of each reviewer.
Please connect with us by email for more support: support@userpop.me

Do you have. timeline on your Shopify app. I would be cautious about buying without a Shopify app go I was planning on using it on Shopify.

Hey Sye!
We are 30-45 days out from our Shopify app. Note that we built Userpop initially for Shopify and it's highly optimized for the platform.
Q: import feedback
Can we import feedback from other sources as well, like google or custom?
Also, with userpop where do the comments coming from?

Q: What is Orders Per Month?
Also, I want to use this more for commenting on various topics for my two websites. Which plan is sufficient?
Does a sub domain count towards a different website? I am using multiple sub domains.
