Some modification needed.
Started using this a few days ago and I do like it, however there are some things that need to improve.
1: there is no live editing view for steps. You kind of have to use a element selection tool and add that link to the item / step. There should be a live in-app thing for this and not based off selector elements.
2: the checklist is impossible. Meaning, a user MUST do it or lose it. And they can’t bring the checklist back if they aren’t wanting to use it right then.
3: checklist can’t be minimized. With the chosen locations of the checklist, a user can’t minimize it if there are elements behind the checklist that they need to access. They must dismiss the checklist BUT then the user loses the ability to go back to that checklist later.
Please rectify the above and the tool will be much more solid and even better than Louassist

Thank you for your kind words and constructive feedback! We will do our best to improve the live editing/preview experience.
All of the use cases with checklists function - however we admit there can be an UX issue if they were intransparent to you:
- The checklist status is saved in user's local storage (for anonymous users) or on our server (for logged-in users with ID)
- The checklist can be minimized by the "X" button and brought back using the Usetiful widget. "Dismiss checklist" choice removes the checklist for the given user forever.
