So far, AppSumo's responses in their emails appear to be generated using ChatGPT-3, which makes it seem like the concerns about Uteach scamming users are not being fully addressed. Could we expect a fair and transparent solution to this issue?

This is really concerning. How can I trust any LTD moving forward if companies can go back on their contract and word? This is so disheartening. Vendor trust is so important.
Today I received an email from uTeach saying that they are no longer honoring the original terms of the LTD I purchased exactly 2 years ago. Instead of unlimited courses, now only 3. Instead of unlimited students, now only 1000. Instead of 0% commission for each course sold, they now charge 10%. They are not honoring the terms of the initial agreement with the people who trusted them and gave them our money to power their project. I would really love to hear some word from Appsumo on this issue.
Disappointed and they still offer a "lifetime discount". This is a lack of respect for customers. Changing the rules of the game mid-game. The question is: what guarantees does appsumo offer in cases like this?
They just announced that they are revoking the AppSumo deal from existing customers to move them over to a subscription based model. This is awful.
