Q: Hello, 1.

Can I integrate it with my domain www.xyz.com, I currently use woocommerce to sell courses and then manually include buyers in coassembla. My woocommerce shop sell other membership like access to blogs content. How should I think about using your solution. Do you have single sign on, am I suppose to keep two shopping point one to sell blog and other to sell courses?

2. What about certificates, can students generate them automatically. What about video hosting and security?

3. How can I build udemy type marketplace, is it possible? How can I keep money and pay to other teachers?

Thanks

A: Hi.

1. Yeah, you can have a website under your domain. In our platform, you can sell not only courses but also digital and physical products. At the moment we don't have a membership option but it's in our roadmap.

2. You can assign quiz to video course and when your students pass it they can get an auto-generated certificate. All videos are hosted in amazon and secured.

3. It's not possible to build a udemy-like marketplace. You can have max of 25 authors.

Thank you for your questions and have a wonderful day.

Hello,

1. So once you launch membership functionality, will it be available to buyer of this deal, if yes at which tier? Can I embed third party widgets, CSS, HTML, JS code and videos in my blog pages in such case?

2. So that means certificates are offered in your platform whether for video, audio or text based courses or mix of these. Correct?

3. My understanding is, yes author limit is 25 but I can create a Udemy type marketplace where 25 authors (whether internal team members of other freelancer authors) can be part of such marketplace, but I was wondering how will I pay other authors and calculate admin (platform owner) commission, what about affiliate module? Please clarify if my thinking is wrong and none of this can be achieved.

4. Where are you based, team size and years in business?

Thanks

Hi.

1. Membership functionality will be available for all our appsumo users starting from tier 1. For blog we use https://ckeditor.com/. I know for sure that you can add video and do html/css

2. You should choose for what give a certificate. The course can contain different types of materials.

3. System can't automatically calculate your author's earnings. You can do that manually. We have sales reports you can export and do your calculations in different software.

4. We are US based company, part of the team in Armenia. We are 15 team members.

Thank you and have a great day.

Hello,

1. Can you clarify if I can create Udemy type marketplace with 25 authors, or I can't do it.

2. Can I manually add other authors and give them subaccounts to create their courses but in this case , will super admin (me) will know number of sales so that I can settle payments outside system.

3. Will your affiliate module cover commissions and payouts?

4. Will you be SCORM compliant, what about long form questions, and interactive quizzes, do you plan to add gamification?

5. Will you give a common android and apple app, which my users can use. I am not talking about whitelabel apps (with my logo) but a common app for those users who want to access my courses on mobile.

Thanks

Hi!
1. Only With Tier 3 you can have 25 admin/users.

2. You should create profiles for them manually.

3. Sorry, which affiliate module do you mean?

4. SCORM is in our roadmap. You can see how our quizzes work here- https://uteach.io/support/create-and-edit-quizzes .

5. AppSumo deal doesn't include App. It'll be available for an extra fee. But yes, they can.

Wish you a wonderful weekend !

Hi,

1. I read you are rolling out affiliate module, I thought this can help a course author to create affiliates who in turn can sell courses, is this true?

2.Can I use onlive.io and Flutin for live sessions instead of Zoom?

3. When you compare yourself with udemy, can you clarify what can and cannot be done. Please write few lines so that I can understand if I need 1 code or 3 codes.

Thanks

Hi .

1. Yeah, that is absolutely true. When we launch an affiliate module for our users it will be another sales channel for them.

2. Yes, you can use whatever you want. We have a place for "other" and you just put your links there.

3. Udemy is a marketplace where every teacher has its own page for selling courses, Uteach is a website of that teacher or academy that has 25 teachers.

Have a wonderful day.
